Greetings.  U.S. Forest Service conference publications usually are
published 6 to 12 months after the conference.  Then, they can be ordered
(free!) from the applicable Forest Service office for a few years.  After
the publication goes out-of-stock, it can be purchased (not free) from the
National Technical Information Service.
