Has anyone experience with the use of ECA as a tool for the analysis
of "Increased Water Yield" or "Sedimentation."  Traditional use of 
this tool was as an indicator of "Watershed Health"; I'd be 
interested in hearing form any one with experience in ECA to complete 
a request for information that I received. Thanks in advance.
