Dear Networkers,

Do any of you know where there is a program that performs the following
task: Given one or more of the variables latitude, longitude, altitude,
rainfall, maxTemp, minTemp, meanTemp, products, gives as OUTPUT species
names that perform the conditions, and give[A some extra information, such
us silviculture, etc. OR conversely, a program that given species name
as INPUT yield the other characteristics as output? 

I think somebody should have made this which, by the way, may be very
useful to many foresters.
