FORESTRY SPECIALIST WANTED - 2 YEARS PLUS - NIGERIA

A forestry specialist is sought by ULG Consultants for a long term project in
Northern Nigeria.  The project is EC funded and is aimed at establishing
sustainable rural developments and safeguarding the environment through
support to community action on agriculture, forestry and livestock practices.

The post requires a person with at least:

   - a degree in forestry or equivalent;
   - 8 years' total professional experience;
   - 4 years' experience in arid zones and
   - extension and training experience.


Experience with community/social forstry programmes would be an advantage.
Women are particularly encouraged to apply.
