CALL FOR POSTERS SOCIETY OF AMERICAN FORESTERS NATIONAL CONVENTION INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA USA NOVEMBER 7-10, 1993 Poster presentations are being solicited for the 1993 Society of American Foresters National Convention to be held in Indianapolis, IN, November 7-10, 1993. Poster subjects may be on any natural resource management or research project. Student posters are encouraged. Posters will be arranged by SAF working group with awards given to the best poster in each working group. The poster presentation will be held November 9, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the convention exhibit hall. Judging will be done the afternoon of November 8. Interested parties (note: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A SAF MEMBER TO REGISTER, ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE) should submit a poster proposal including a 150 word abstract of the presentation, author's name and address, a request for electricity or VCR if needed, and designation as a student or professional poster. Send proposals to Richard G. Reid, Associate Director, Continuing Education and Meetings, Society of American Foresters, 5400 Grosvenor Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814. Final deadline for submission is October 15, 1993; however, for inclusion in the convention brochure the deadline is September 15, 1993. Authors will be notified of acceptance.
