         I have been asked to place this notice by a Brazilian colleague that 
         does not have access to the network as of yet.

         Director of the Forestry Institute (Department) at the Federal Rural 
         University of Rio de Janeiro is seeking an invitation to visit sister 
         forestry school(s) in order to establish exchange program to broaden 
         horizons, develop skills, enhance training/education of students and 
         faculty in both institutions. Preferred months are December/93 through 
         February/94.
