Draft SEIS and appendix

Has this happened to anyone else?  I sent in the form for the Draft SEIS,
saying that I also wanted the appendix.  In due time I received the
appendix and waited for the Draft SEIS (with maps) as the literature
said that it was coming from two different printers.  A few days later
I received another appendix, but no Draft SEIS with maps.  I also ordered
two more sets, one for the university and one for my father.  The same
has happened in those instances as well - two appendices each, but no
Draft SEIS with maps.

Hopefully the Draft SEIS w/maps are still in the works and will be out
soon, but what about the doubling up of appendices?
