A position is immediately available at the Department of 
Wood Science of the University of British Columbia in the 
Forest Products Biotechnology Industry Chair.

Reserach will focus on fungal infections of wood and 
immunological probes to detect the metabolites released 
by the pathogen.

Candidates should have a strong background in two of 
the following fields:  Biochemistry, Immunology or 
Mycology.
