I received this message yesterday from Terry Shore: > I think it would be worthwhile to ask people to identify > who they are directing the message to and especially to identify > themselves when sending messages to fmdss. The system does not > identify the sender and confusion results when people receiving > email don't know who is communicating with whom. This is a very good idea. The convention I have seen on other discussion groups and mailing lists is to add a 'signature' to the end of the message.
