Subj:	What's the Temperature of ChainSaw Oil?

Celsius using an old chainsaw. That's lethal for this fungus
(Chondrostereum purpureum). Does anybody out there know how
warm the oil of modern chainsaws is getting? And do you have
any idea of how many liquid will come into the wound of a
cutted alder (of about 10 cm dbh)? And how can you increase
this amount of liquid? I'll welcome any suggestions and ideas!
Best Regards,
